Dina M. Dieglio

Ms. Dieglio's Current Practice and History

Since her admission to the Arizona Bar in 1998, Ms. Dieglio has devoted her practice to criminal defense. During her years with the Pima County Public Defender's Office Ms. Dieglio earned a well deserved reputation as a zealous advocate for her clients. Ms. Dieglio is perhaps best known for her aggressive motion practice for which she has spoken at several attorney seminars.

Ms. Dieglio has handled thousands of cases from misdemeanors to serious felony offenses. Ms. Dieglio earned undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Philosophy with an emphasis in law and jurisprudence, as, at that time, she already desired to attend law school and practice criminal defense.

While attending law school at Cleveland State University, and while attending the University of Arizona College of Law as a visiting student, Ms. Dieglio worked for, and learned from, a number highly accomplished "capital offense" criminal defense attorneys.

In order to zealously defend her clients and stay on the cutting edge criminal defense practice, Ms. Dieglio, each year, continues to sharpen her skills and expand her knowledge by attending numerous criminal and dui defense seminars. Ms. Dieglio also has been privileged to attend the Western Trial Advocacy Institute at the University of Wyoming College of Law, an in depth trial trial practice school whose faculty include some of the best criminal defense lawyers in the nation.
